"The Convention of Terror"[]

In a dark castle, Vampire and Warlock battle each other. Warlock wishes to lead an army of monsters on an assault against humankind. Vampire, however, declares that the time for war is not yet at hand. Evenly matched, Vampire proposes that their "colleagues" decide which of the two are right. Warlock agrees to the conditions and plans to meet Vampire in two weeks.

Over the next two weeks, both monsters travel across the world to recruit others to their cause. Vampire travels to the Bavarian woods to recruit Werewolf while Warlock heads to a cave in Greece for Medusa. More and more monsters join, including The Phantom, Great Beast, Mad Scientist, Ymir, The Monster, Mummy, Golem, Swamp Beast, Gremlin, Jotun Troll, Vampiress and Cyclops. All the monsters gather at Monster Mountain where they prepare to vote. Mummy, however, warns Vampire that Warlock is untrustworthy. Medusa, meanwhile, tells Warlock that Vampire has a higher count than him. But Warlock has a plan, and Ogre tells him the preparations are complete. Warlock holds a glass to Vampire for a toast, but the monsters are all suddenly overcome by a blinding light. Vampire comes to and finds that he and his allies have been shrunken down to an inch tall. They find themselves in a paper bag in a junkyard. However, Warlock and his team have also been shrunken down.

Werewolf soon attacks a cat, but the cat is much larger and bats Werewolf away. Vampire tells them they need to find a safe space to think, so the Monster throws Mummy onto a truck. Mummy uses his bandages for the others to climb onto the truck with him. Unbeknownst to them, Warlock and his teammates are in the same truck. He tells them they must stay with Vampire as Dr. Jekyll may be able to return them to their average size.
